Computer Zone Remote Support

In order to provide our customers with support and service for instances where you wouldn't have to bring your computer into the store we have added remote support. You must make sure that your computer is able to get on the internet in order for us to gain remote access to your computer. Getting your computer ready for remote support is easy!! Simply call us at Computer Zone to set up a time and we will assign you a session code that you will imput in the box below to start the support session. You will be asked to allow an Active X change to begin the session, after which you can sit back and relax while we check out what is wrong without even having to leave the comfort of your own home! If we are unable to fix the computer remotely we will ask that you bring the computer into the store for further examination.
